📄 Reports Module: Understanding Your LCA Documentation
The Reports module is your centralized hub for assessing your project's environmental performance, benchmarking against industry goals, and generating documentation for compliance.
📥 Viewing and Exporting Results
Reduzer allows you to access and export your project's Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) data in two primary ways: detailed data sheets (Excel/CSV) and a final report (PDF).
Data Export: Excel/CSV
You can download your detailed inventory for further analysis by exporting the Material List to an Excel or CSV file. This export provides granular data for all key environmental indicators, including:
- Global Warming Potential (GWP)
- Operational Carbon (CO₂e, kWh)
- Embodied Carbon (CO₂e)
- Circularity (CO₂, mass, cost)
- Use of secondary material (kg)
- Components for re-use (kg)
- Exported energy (kWh)
Report Generation: PDF
You can download a full, professionally formatted report for your project as a PDF file. To do this:
- Select the "report" button on the right side of your version.
- Choose the "share" button to download the PDF.
⚠️ Troubleshooting Reports and Access
If you experience issues viewing or downloading a report, check the following common causes:
"Report" Button is Grayed Out: If the "report" button is inactive, it is typically because your user status is set as a "Viewer". This role prevents making changes or downloading reports. You must ask the project owner to grant you "Editor" access for full functionality.
Missing Calculations: If greenhouse gas emissions (GWP) are not calculated for some items, it indicates that mandatory fields are missing. For example, if you chose m² as the unit for concrete, you must also manually enter the thickness for the calculation to work.
